We require a comprehensive and detailed application packet to help us determine if Achieve Academy is the right fit for your child. This information lets us understand your child’s unique needs and how we can best support them.

• 🧠 Most recent evaluations (if applicable):
   
  • Psychological, educational, or neuropsychological evaluation
     
  • Speech/language evaluation
     
  • Occupational therapy evaluation
     
• 📘 Current Individualized Education Plan (IEP)
   
• 📊 Recent standardized test scores (e.g., FSA, SAT10, etc.)
   
• 📝 Current and past report cards

3. Schedule a Student Observation — A chance for us to get to know your child in our learning environment.
4. Watch Your Child Grow — If accepted, your child will join a nurturing, customized educational experience that supports their full potential.
